We collect data to track the status of projects, including immediate plans and any risks or issues; and the progress being made towards delivery – mapped against relevant market targets where these have been set.

MRG receives and reviews a set of summary information at its meeting each month. More detailed information is gathered on a project by project basis where it is required to manage the workstream effectively.
