Project Manager: Rob Gillies (LMA) In 2010 the key focus will be on driving the use of structured data to support the endorsement process. This will build on the succesful eMRCE work led by John Muir at Willis in 2008 and 2009 which demonstrated the benefit that technology could bring to the front office.
