At this month's LMG Forum we heard from Sarah Thacker and Gemma Reed from Lloyd's. They brought us up to speed on their coverholder programme - the work that has, amongst other things, been enthusing a global audience on a core modernisation principle of standardisation. Sarah and Gemma also provided a sneak preview of the Coverholder Technology Forum being held on 29th & 30th September.
