 In 2013, LMG will reaffirm its commtiment to the Future Process Model published in 2011. It will also better articulate how those elements of the modernisation programme currently being pursued contribute towards the delivery of that vision. If LMG identifies any gaps between the work needed to enable the Future Process Model and the current programme, it will ensure these are closed either through the expansion of exisiting work or through initiating new projects.
